1. Do you have a size chart for each style of shirt?

Yes, we do! It is always good to check the measurements before you order your shirt - some of them run small and we do not want to see a sad face when your package arrives! Here are the size charts:

2. When will I receive my order?

If you purchase a few items in one order, you may receive a few shipments. Shirts and mugs are printed on demand so it will take longer to ship them out (up to 4 weeks). Usually, mugs are printed and sent out faster than shirts. There is no multiple shipment charge to you. Items like most jewelry, license plate frames, etc. are stored in a warehouse so we can deliver them much faster. Please refer to the sales page of the item you ordered - there may be some information on shipping time (currently stethoscope necklace take 3-4 weeks to be delivered). If you purchased a free item and paid only for shipping, it takes 3-4 weeks to deliver them (they are made to order).

3. When will my order ship?

We strive to ship all items as soon as possible. Products purchased in the Free+Pay Shipping promo are usually sent out within 2-3 weeks.

4. Will I get a tracking number?

You will, in most cases. You will get a shipping confirmation email and/or an email with your tracking number. We usually wait a few days after the item ships for the tracking information to be updated. We cannot expedite it, it is up to the post office.  Please allow 2.5-3 weeks to receive tracking information for products purchased in the FREE+SHIPPING promo.

5. When will my shirt/mug arrive?

We print each shirt on demand so the production times vary. Please give us 2-4 weeks to fulfill your order. We have to process the order, print the shirt, do a quality check and ship it out. We promise to do it as soon as possible! You can always email us with your order number to check its status.

6. How do you print shirts and mugs?

For shirts, we use DTG and screen printing. Both methods produce great results! We use the sublimation method to print your great looking mugs.

7. I ordered 2 items. Why did I get only one?

Most items are shipped individually. It makes the logistics easier and helps us keep the prices low. Do not worry, your other product is on its way and will arrive shortly!

8. I made a mistake in my order!

We will definitely try to fix it but you need to email us as soon as possible. We process your order and print the item immediately after we get the information from you, but if you let us know early enough, we may be able to change your order. If your item has shipped out, we will still try to make it right. We know it's no fun to get a shirt you will never wear!

9. What's your return policy?

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong size/color/shirt, etc. or there is something wrong with the item, please email us. We will provide you with instructions how to return the item to us and get the right one. The item  must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our shirts are printed on demand so we are unable to accept returns if we deliver a correct order.  Any time there is something wrong and you are not happy, email us and let us fix it!

Please be advised that we cannot accept returns of personalized items like engraved dog tags with your name if the engraving is the same as requested.
